The bishop was in Fort Vermilion November 16 and 17.  On Saturday he arrived in the early afternoon to hold a workshop with the congregation.  The HOW workshop went well and the participants said they learned much and felt very positive after the talks and activities.  The workshop was followed by a potluck supper.  The next morning the bishop led a Eucharist service.  Following the service there was a brunch of pancakes and all the fixings served.  After most people were finished that, a cake was brought out to celebrate the Rev. Hermann Dittrich's 85th birthday.  He had lots of help putting the candle out.
