Here are some events that are happening across the diocese.
There have been a few updates to the 2026 Annual Parochial Return (APR) that each parish is required to complete this year. During this session, we will review how to properly fill out the APR, as well as the T3010 and T1235 forms.
Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.

This series of lectures will run on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm from January 21-February 11, 2026. Biblical scholars will be sharing research on different topics, then there will be a time for questions and discussion.

The next Diocesan Synod for the Diocese of Athabasca will be held October 15 - 18, 2026 in Peace River, Alberta.
October 15 & 18 - St. James Cathedral, Peace River - opening and closing services
October 16 & 17 - Chateau Nova, Peace River - business of synod
The keynote speaker for the synod is The Most Rev. Shane Parker, Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada.
