Eucharist Service - All Saints', Fort McMurray

On Sunday, the Bishop celebrated the Holy Eucharist at All Saints', Fort McMurray. The parish continues to be blessed with a vibrant Sunday School ministry, with many young people actively participating in the life of the church.

During the service, the congregation celebrated the accomplishments of its youth. Two parishioners who had recently graduated from high school were recognized for their achievements and received a special blessing as they prepare to begin the next chapter of their lives at university. Another student was honoured for receiving an award recognizing his outstanding contribution to his high school band.

The congregation also took time to offer prayers and a blessing for a family who will be leaving Fort McMurray. While farewells are never easy, they were sent on their way with the love, prayers, and support of their church family.

Following the service, everyone gathered for a fellowship lunch, providing an opportunity to continue celebrating together and enjoy one another's company.
