The Exham Years

The bishop, The Rt. Rev. David Greenwood has some ties to the diocese of the Yukon.  This godfather, the Rev. Kenah Exham was the priest in Old Crow.  Old Crow is still accessible only by plane.  When Rev. Kenah died his wife Beth-Anne Exham donated several items to the Old Church Museum in Whitehorse.  This museum stands next to the cathedral.  The hall, made of the same materials as the museum, is still used as a hall and conference rooms by the cathedral parish.

+David is shown in pictures with some of the treasures donated to the museum by his aunt.  They include women's gloves and a fir hat worn by his aunt and a bag and boots used by his godfather.  +David is also shown with a shirt that the Rt. Rev. William Bompass, the first bishop of our Diocese of Athabasca.
